Shipping Policy

1. Freight Carrier 

Our couriers deliver during regular business hours. 

Should they attempt delivery and no one is at your premises – the goods will be returned to the Depot and a card left for you to make contact to re-arrange a suitable delivery time. In cases where they have had to attempt a second delivery, they will charge us for re-delivery. This charge will be invoiced to you. 

2. Drop Ship Direct to Customer

Should you wish for Aristel to drop ship direct to your customer, this is done at your own discretion and risk, as we do not know your customer, their business hours or premise details. 

A minimum fee of $22ex will be charged to cover cost of freight as well as our costs of setting up a new delivery address in our system. The actual cost may vary depending on the size, weight and destination postcode. The online shipping fee is calculated from cost data from Australia Post .

Please advise us of the full delivery details including contact name and mobile number to minimise the chance of additional charges and/or incorrect delivery. If the item requires a re-delivery fee due to person not being at address at time of delivery, you will be on-charged for this re-delivery fee. 

3. Standard Freight Charge

All orders under $500ex will incur a minimum of $22ex GST freight/handling charge

Due to the inability of regular Freight carriers to deliver to remote areas in a reasonable time, we are forced to use AUS POST to expedite deliveries. This has increased the cost of sending large articles considerably.

Shipments to NT, TAS, Regional SA/NSW, WA (outside of Metro Perth) and North/Central QLD will be subject to a freight surcharge for any orders above 40 x 30 x 10cm (0.4m x 0.3m x 0.1m) x 250 = 3cubic weight.

4. Pick-up from Aristel Networks

Orders may be picked up from Aristel between 9.00am-4.00pm; provided that 2 business hours notice has been given.
